Anafi Rattan Amphora Pendant Light

Fine, evenly spaced rattan rods run vertically around a rounded body that narrows sharply at the top and bottom: the Anafi small rattan pendant light borrows the silhouette of an ancient amphora.

Light slips between the rods in long vertical lines and draws warm stripes on nearby walls, while the untinted rattan turns golden as soon as the bulb is on. Tone and rod width vary slightly from one stem to the next, a sign of artisanal making.

At 20 cm (7.9 in) across and 23 cm (9.1 in) tall, it hangs neatly in pairs on either side of a bed in place of table lamps, or in a row of three or four above a kitchen island or bar.
