Ithaque Rattan Flush Mount Ceiling Light

A thick disc of woven rattan, arranged in tight concentric circles, sits flush against the ceiling with no visible cord or suspension. The cross weave, dense at the edges and tighter toward the center, forms an almost hypnotic pattern, like a woven eye that gathers the light at its heart. This rattan flush mount ceiling light is domed, both solid and open, and casts a geometric shadow onto the surrounding ceiling when lit.

Once switched on, light passes through the tight weave and radiates in a diffuse golden halo, while the more open center releases a brighter point of light. At 40 cm (15.7 in) across, it becomes a focal point without any vertical clutter: ideal for low-ceilinged bedrooms, and for living and dining rooms that want warm general light rather than a single spot.

Woven in concentric circles, the rattan brings sculptural texture to the ceiling and pairs well with pale woodwork, a terracotta wall or natural linen bedding. The fiber keeps its natural variations in tone and width, the sign of handcrafted work that does not chase perfect symmetry.
