Amorgos Open-Weave Rattan Dome Pendant Light

Shaped like an upturned basket, the Amorgos open weave rattan pendant light pairs an airy, lattice-like crown with a tighter band around the rim: two weave densities in a single dome.

The open top lets light drift upward in a checkered pattern across the ceiling, while the denser rim keeps the main beam aimed down at the table or countertop. The rattan shifts from pale gray to honey depending on the bulb's color temperature, and its irregular strands show the character of a fiber worked by hand rather than machine-calibrated.

At 28 cm (11 in) across, it works alone above a round table or breakfast nook and repeats easily: two over a kitchen island, three along a long dining table, without ever closing off the view.
