Claros Travertine Ring Pendant Light

A thick ring of travertine, carved from the solid stone, closes an almost perfect circle around a hidden source of light: the Claros travertine ring pendant light is one continuous form, with no other material and no visible joint.

The stone keeps the raw texture of quarried travertine, dotted with natural cavities and fine mineral veins. Hung from a simple cord, it releases a round, concentrated halo from below onto the table or countertop while the top stays in shadow, which gives the piece the presence of a suspended pebble.

Just 7 cm (2.8 in) tall and 20 cm (7.9 in) across, it suits low ceilings as well as rows: alone above a small table, or in lines of two or three over a kitchen island or long dining table.
