Lipari Travertine and Wood Ball Pendant Light

A ball of light wood with open grain rests on a disc of beige travertine pitted with natural cavities: the Lipari small travertine pendant light plays smooth roundness against raw stone, warm wood against porous mineral.

The travertine ring flares slightly toward the bottom like a flattened pebble. The light source stays hidden inside and escapes through the lower opening in a diffused beam, so the piece reads as a compact, unusually balanced silhouette.

At 15.5 cm (6.1 in) across and 11 cm (4.3 in) tall overall, it keeps a light vertical footprint: alone above a console, in pairs on either side of a bed, or staggered above a long table or kitchen counter.
