NOD exists because of a specific, boring, universal problem: at some point in the night you wake up, flip the pillow over to find the cold side, and lose twenty minutes getting back to sleep.
Memory foam causes it. It's a closed material — it traps the heat your head produces and holds it. It also softens as it warms, which is why a pillow that felt supportive at 11pm is flat by 4am.
Instead of foam, NOD uses an open grid of thermoplastic gel. The structure is full of channels, so warm air moves out instead of building up. And because the grid holds its shape mechanically rather than by density, it doesn't collapse as it warms.
The profile is contoured rather than flat. It fills the gap between your head and your shoulder, which is the gap that makes side sleepers push their arm under the pillow at 2am.
We won't tell you it cures neck pain. We're not doctors and a pillow isn't a treatment. What we can tell you is what the shape does: it keeps your head level with your spine instead of tilting it. For a lot of people that's the difference.
We also won't tell you it's love at first night. It's firmer than what most people are used to. Three to five nights is normal.
Because we'd rather you took your time and kept it than bought fast and regretted it. If it isn't for you, we come and collect it and you pay nothing.
There's no support ticket system and no bot. Email us and a person answers, usually the same day.
