Free shipping, everywhere we ship

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. There is no separate handling fee and no surprise at checkout.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday leave on Monday.
• United States: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 8–14 business days

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. If the tracking hasn't moved in four days, message us and we'll chase it for you.

How it arrives

The pillow ships compressed in a flat box that fits through most letterboxes. Unbox it, give it about two hours to expand to full height, and it's ready to sleep on the same night.

Customs and duties

Orders to the US and the EU are shipped duties paid — you pay nothing on delivery. For other destinations, local import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address?

Message us within two hours of ordering and we can still change it. After dispatch, the carrier controls the delivery and we can only redirect through them.
