100-Night Trial & Returns

Sleep on it for 100 nights

A pillow can't be judged in a shop, and it can't be judged in one night. So we give you a full sleep cycle to decide — a little over three months.

How the trial works

1. Order it and sleep on it. We ask that you give it at least two weeks, because most people need three to five nights to adjust from a soft pillow.
2. If it isn't right for you, email us before night 100.
3. We arrange a free collection from your address. You don't need the original box.
4. You get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it.

What it costs you

Nothing. Shipping out was free, the return is free, and there is no restocking fee. You are not charged for the nights you slept on it.

Do I need to keep the packaging?

No. The collection courier brings what's needed.

What condition does it need to be in?

Normal use is expected — that's the entire point of a sleep trial. We can't accept a pillow that has been damaged, cut open, or soaked.

Standard 30-day returns

If you'd simply rather not keep it and you're within 30 days, the same free return applies — no explanation needed.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately, before the first one is back with us.
