How firm is it?
Medium-firm. Firm enough to hold height under your head all night, soft enough that it doesn't feel like a block. Expect three to five nights to adjust if you're coming from a soft pillow.
Which sleeping position is it for?
Back and side sleepers, which covers most people. If you sleep mainly on your front, a flatter pillow will usually suit you better.
Does it smell when unboxed?
No. The gel grid is not memory foam, so there's no off-gassing period. It's ready the night it arrives.
What's in the bundle?
You can add the spare cover and the travel-size pillow to your order above. They're only sold alongside the main pillow.
What if I don't like it?
Email us before night 100 and we book a free collection from your address. Full refund within 5 business days of it reaching us. You don't pay for the nights you slept on it.
